Welcome to Fix-A-Ticket. By accessing our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Who we are

Fix-A-Ticket is a paralegal practice, owned and operated by Madloul Abbadi, a paralegal licensed and regulated by the Law Society of Ontario. Paralegals are authorized to represent clients in Provincial Offences Court. Fix-A-Ticket is not a law firm and does not provide the services of a lawyer.

2. No legal advice; no guarantee of outcome

The information on this website is general information about Ontario traffic law and is not legal advice. Using this site or contacting us does not create a paralegal and client relationship; that relationship begins only when a retainer is signed. Every case turns on its own facts, and no outcome is guaranteed or implied. Past results do not predict the result of any other matter.

3. Use of services

  • Our services are limited to provincial offense and traffic matters in Ontario. We do not accept criminal matters, impaired driving or Criminal Code charges, or matters outside Ontario.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information for your representation.
  • We reserve the right to decline or withdraw from a matter, subject to our professional obligations.

4. Fees, payment and refunds

Fees are quoted as a flat fee before work begins and are set out in a written retainer. Payment terms, and any refund of unearned fees where a matter is discontinued, are governed by the retainer and by Law Society of Ontario rules.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fix-A-Ticket is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law or by the rules governing licensed paralegals.

6. Client confidentiality

All client information and matter details are held in confidence and are not disclosed without your consent, except as required by law or by our professional obligations.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Please check this page regularly.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
